He leads the Center for Obesity & Metabolic Therapy and the Center for Artificial Intelligence & Innovation, with expertise in advanced endoscopy, bariatric endoscopy and emerging technologies in gastroenterology. Dr. Rupa Banerjee is a Senior Consultant Gastroenterologist and Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Clinic at the Asian Institute of Gastroenterology, Hyderabad. She is also involved in research and academic activities and has a particular focus on IBD and complex gastrointestinal disorders.
